2. Collection and use of personal data in the course of the activities of LLC JUR KLEE

2.1 Required information for making an order

To order the services provided by our company, the customer have to indicate the requested information (name,contact phone number and other). The collected personal information is used by LLC JUR KLEE to provide high-quality service and full-fledged performance of the assigned in the order tasks.

2.2 Types of personal data(hereinafter referred to as "PD") and methods of using it

While using the services of the site: translate.jurklee.ua the following PD are collected and processed

• personal information thatthe user enters into special forms and sends for processing to make an order onthe site, including documents that will be used directly during the executionof the service;

• IP-addresses;
  
• settings and optionsInternet browser.
  

The collected PD can beprocessed and used as follows: to maintain legal and accounting documentation,the formation of accounts and audit data, analyze the work of administrative resources and the success of marketing activities of the company, improve thequality of provided services.

Also, the company allows the use of customer PDs to communicate important information regarding operational,administrative or legislative changes that may affect the performance of the order.

2.3 Consent for the use of personal data

By performing actions to provide your personal information for the order of services, and also using the services of the site: translate.jurklee.ua, you consent to the collection and processing by your employees - LLC JUR KLEE of your PD for the purposes provided by this Policy, as well as to use and reasonable disclosure of such data for the full execution of your order.

We guarantee that the use of client PD is carried out in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and other norms of the current legislation on the basis of the voluntary and explicit consent of the personal data subject.

3. Disclosure of personal data to third parties

3.1 LLC JUR KLEE reserves the right to divulge the client's PD to third parties, including those engaged in the processing of customer data, to ensure the proper performance of the ordered services, the correctness and timeliness of the information requested by the client, as well as for other purposes specified in clause 2.2 and approved by the client.

The persons authorized to handle and use the clients' PD, which may be attracted by LLC JUR KLEE to provide their services, include: the highest executive bodies of Ukraine and other states, diplomatic and consular representatives of other countries in Ukraine and abroad, partners LLC JUR KLEE in Ukraine and abroad, which participate in the process of providing services to the company.

Reimbursement of any damage caused by processing and use of the customer's PD by third parties specified in clause 3.2 is not vested in LLC JUR KLEE, if such collection and use was conducted in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.

By ordering and receiving services from LLC JUR KLEE and from persons associated with the company with partner agreements, agreements on cooperation or without them, it is presumed that the client has given consent to the processing and use of its PD by the persons specified in clause 3.2 as data handlers LLC JUR KLEE.

4. Security and protection of personal data used by LLC JUR KLEE

4.1 To prevent unauthorized access to the client's PD, and also to protect them from illegal use, removal,modification or disclosure, LLC JUR KLEE takes all necessary measures to ensure the lawful use, as well as the safety of such information. Personal data obtained during the use of the site's resources by the client of translate.jurklee.ua, are transferred to the protected servers of the company.

5. Statistical and marketing analysis of personal data

5.1 LLC JUR KLEE can use the PD to improve the quality of provided services, expand their range,individualize the search parameters for thematic information, improve the company's web resources, leave statistics, and analyze the effectiveness of advertising and marketing plans. Also, LLC JUR KLEE can transmit such information to third parties to achieve the above goals, with the exception of data that allows you to somehow establish the identity of the client. Such information is provided in aggregate without individualization of clients and exclusively within the framework of the current legislation.

6. Other

6.1 All collected information during the use of the company's Internet services comes for storage in the analytics system – Google Analytics. To change or delete the PD stored in this system,the customer can apply with appropriate application to the employees of LLC JURK LEE.

6.2 On the issues of human rights violations in the field of personal data protection, the client may apply to the court or to the authorized representative of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for human rights.

6.3 This Privacy Policy comes into force on January 1, 2017
